About the tax breaks

All the hullabaloo about extending the Bush era tax cuts, they are not tax cuts we've had these tax rates for almost 10 years anything they do now will be a tax increase. I don't know about you but we struggle to get through the week, through the month and pay all of our bills. If they really want tax reform let's go back to the Reagan era tax cuts. Remember what happened when Ronald Reagan lowered taxes for everyone, business and the economy went to record highs and stayed there for the duration of his presidency.
He overcame the Democrats majorities in the House and the Senate and still got things done. I am proud to have served with him as commander-in-chief.
In all honesty I did not vote for him either time because I was a diehard liberal Democrat I didn't become a Republican until Bill Clinton ran for office. Bill Clinton turned me into a conservative, and I have been a proud conservative ever since. You can label me as a Republican but you wouldn't be correct as my sidebar says I will go after hobbies or liberals any time they do something wrong and honestly Republicans have done a lot of things wrong in the past. In fact I really hope that this tax compromise fails, for two reasons the estate tax should be eliminated.  Kill the death tax..
Number two extending the unemployment benefits we just don't have the money to do that.

Taking the tax rates back to Reagan era taxes would give businesses more money, they would be able to develop. Possibly build new plants, hire new people pay more taxes would be a win-win situation.
Who knows maybe the need for unemployment insurance would even go down. Some of the lazy do-nothings sitting back and drawing their unemployment checks might even decide to go out and find a job. Wouldn't that be an amazing development?

I’m Back

I haven't been very busy posting on this blog in a while. Just some more hospital stuff, but hopefully I'm here for the long haul now. This day before the election. Possibly the most important election of my lifetime. I think it's important to post something that they are trying so hard to take away from us. The Bill of Rights along with the rest of the Constitution.

The First 10 Amendments to the Constitution as Ratified by the States

QUO WARRANTO

Found this at The Post & Email. It is an interesting read. I freely admit it I am a BIRTHER. I Think that anyone who wishes to seek a seat in The Oval Office should provide indisputable evidence that they meet the requirements of eligibility for that office.

Arizona Governor can force Obama to prove he’s eligible…or not!

INSTEAD OF A LAWSUIT, FIGHT BACK WITH A DEMAND FOR QUO WARRANTO

Dear Editor:  The following email was sent to psenseman@az.gov, Governor Brewer’s press secretary:

July 11, 2010

The Boston Tea Party was a protest against taxation without representation. But is our representation today by the U.S. Congress any better than the colonists' representation by the British Parliament in 1773?

Dear Mr. Senseman,

As you know, there are many unanswered questions about Barack Hussein Obama’s constitutional qualifications to act as President of the United States.  Governor Brewer, or any sitting governor, for that matter, has unique standing to challenge Obama on this issue and resolve the constitutional crisis he has perpetrated on the nation by his refusal to prove that he is a “natural born Citizen” by filing a Writ of Quo Warranto.

The American people are looking to Governor Brewer to defend her state as she is doing, but also to challenge a man who has most likely assumed the office of President through dissembling and deceit, wire fraud, election fraud, and document fraud.

There is a tremendous amount of circumstantial and other evidence which points to a foreign birth for Obama, and by his own admission, he was born a dual citizen. He has also carefully described himself as “a native citizen of the United States of America” but not a “natural born Citizen.”

Article II, Section 1, paragraph 5 of the U.S. Constitution states:

No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

It is impossible for Obama to be a “natural born Citizen” if he was born with dual citizenship, and “native born” is not the same as “natural born.”  Since he has never shown his original birth certificate, we also do not know his actual age.

Congress refused to check on Obama’s qualifications for office, despite thousands of requests to do so by concerned constituents before the certification of electoral votes in January 2009.

It makes no sense to mount an expensive legal defense when Governor Brewer could simply ask Obama “By what authority” his Department of Justice is suing her state and naming her as a defendant.  In fact, if Obama is a usurper to the presidency, he has no authority to do anything nor to direct anyone else to act.  If that is the case, Obama and his entire government must be removed from office and a new presidential election held.

You may have read that Maj. Gen. Paul E. Vallely (Ret.) has called for Obama and his regime to do just that, and he believes that Obama is hiding something very significant about his background from the American people.  For someone to spend almost $2,000,000 to hide his birth certificate and other records, he certainly must be.

All the governor needs to do is file a Quo Warranto.  That’s it, and the lawsuit will be history. So will this false presidency and his Marxist regime which has forced all matter of unconstitutional and injurious legislation upon this nation.  Attorneys Donofrio and Pidgeon are superb constitutional lawyers who reportedly have offered to help write the Quo Warranto filing.

A Lt. Col. with 18 years of service in the Army is going to be court-martialed over Obama’s refusal to prove he is constitutionally qualified, and a retired Navy Lt. Cmdr. has been brought up on false charges in a crooked kangaroo court for filing a Treason complaint against Obama 16 months ago which to this day remains unanswered.

Mr. Senseman, this cannot stand. This is not justice for either one of these fine men, and it is not justice for the 310,000,000 Americans who deserve a “natural born” president, not a usurper with foreign allegiances who was most likely born in a foreign country and is nothing more than a Chicago street thug who mesmerized the sleeping masses.

Governor Brewer can stop this charade.  I hope and pray that she will do so.  The truth will set us all free.

Sincerely,

Abigail Adams

Gonna be gone for a while.

I haven't posted very much lately. And there is a reason for that. Health problems once again. In about 2 1/2 weeks I will be going back into the hospital, this time they got ripped out my bladder in my prostate gland. With any luck this will solve all the problems I've been having for quite a while. I'm just glad that I will be getting this out of the way before this fucking healthcare bill goes into effect. Given my age after this bill passes I would be told so sorry go away, go home to die.
So I shall return in about four weeks hopefully healthier and happier!!!

The Coming War???

So ObamaCrap has passed and been signed into law for now. We will see how long it lasts. Constitutional Law will come into the picture from the sidelines. I am sure it will come before the SCOTUS, I am not confident of the outcome. We may end up having to take up arms again. What ever it takes to save our Country must, must be done.

The government has degenerated into a system whereby one man is forced to pay another's bills. No where can I find anything in The Constitution that mandates that Americans must buy anything. The car insurance argument does not fly since you don’t have to own or drive a car.

Such a system, first, is immoral, because it confiscates property by force and denigrates our God-given rights of life and liberty; and, second, is a system that does not work because it corrupts our natural desire to better our condition.

We should call this system by its correct name, Fascism , and condemn it because it inevitably leads to poverty, war, and destruction, and condemn it for us in particular because it is contrary to the hopes, aspirations, and compacts of our Declaration of Independence, Our Bill of Rights and Our Constitution.

In my opinion there are many reasons that the health care law violates our Constitution. One of these is that it controls the labor of physicians, nurses and other practitioners, who rank among our most dedicated citizens, for the benefit of others, controlling the pay they may receive and the treatments and medications they may provide.

I pray for our Country, Paul

Why is this story not all over the press?

Strongly silent about this. When I have to buy a new vehicle, it will be a Toyota of Ford. No Gu-ment owned cars for me.

GM Recalls Compact Cars to Fix Power Steering Assist

GM Recalls Compact Cars to Fix Power Steering Assist
Safety Recall Covers 1.3 Million Chevrolet and Pontiac Models

·2005 - 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt
·2007 - 2010 Pontiac G5
·2005 - 2006 Pontiac Pursuit (Canada)
·2005 - 2006 Pontiac G4 (Mexico)

DETROIT -- General Motors will conduct a safety recall of 1.3 million compact cars to replace a motor in the power steering system. Vehicles affected are the 2005-2010 Chevrolet Cobalt; 2007-2010 Pontiac G5; 2005-2006 Pontiac Pursuit sold in Canada, and the 2005-2006 Pontiac G4 sold in Mexico.

GM told the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration about the voluntary recall on Monday after concluding an investigation that began in 2009. NHTSA opened an investigation Jan. 27 into approximately 905,000 Cobalt models in the United States after receiving more than 1,100 complaints of loss of power steering assist, 14 crashes and one injury.

"After our in-depth investigation, we found that this is a condition that takes time to develop. It tends to occur in older models out of warranty," said Jamie Hresko, GM Vice President of Quality. “Recalling these vehicles is the right thing to do for our customers' peace of mind.

"While greater steering effort under 15 mph may be required, if the customer experiences loss of power steering assist, it is important to note that the vehicle can still be safely controlled because the customer can still steer the vehicle,” Hresko said. “When the condition occurs, both a chime will sound and a ‘Power Steering’ message will be displayed.”

Plans for the remedy are being developed. Customers will be notified when the plan is finalized.

“Being developed”. So, they don’t have a fix yet.

People said it didn't  matter.

When he finally completed  his transformation of America into a Socialist State , people  finally woke up......... but it was too late.
Any one of these  things, in and of themselves does not really matter.   But.... when you add them up one by one you get a phenomenal  score that points to the fact that  Obama is  determined to make America over into a Marxist/Socialist  society.  All of the items in the preceding paragraphs have  been put into place.  All can be documented very  easily.  Before you disavow this, do an internet  search.  The last paragraph alone is not yet cast in  stone.  You and I will write that paragraph.  Will it  read as above or will it be a happier ending for most of   America ?  Personally, I like happy endings.

Never before in the history of America  have we been confronted with problems so huge that the very  existence of our country is in jeopardy.

Our biggest enemy is our President and a  contingent of politicians in Washington DC .

Dog and Pony Show

So I watched the entire so-called health-care summit yesterday. It was laid out and designed to embarrass and put down Republicans. But the Republicans surprised me they came well prepared they were, courteous and got their points across. Indiana and Obama turned out looking like a complete fool.
When one of the Republicans was talking the Democrats sat there looking down or staring off into space. They refused to look at the person who was talking.
Obama true to his Marxist upbringing interrupted or cut off every Republican that was speaking he would then blather on for 15 minutes about whatever usually not answering any issues the Republicans raised and then call on a Democrat to talk. He accused Republicans of using props, bringing props to the summit. The props he was referring to was the 2700 page health-care bill of his.
I was really hoping to see one of the Republicans pick up that bill throw it in the nearest trash can and then all of the Republicans get up say this is useless and walk out of the room. But that is just me, I guess that would not be good politics. I cannot see anything good coming out of this summit, I take that back the Republicans showed that they have the balls a couple of them showed that they have big brass balls and I give them a plus on that regard.
We will see where it goes from here. Will the Democrats decide to commit political suicide and push this thing through with out the help of any Republicans? I doubt that Pelosi has the votes in the House and they have to pass the Senate bill in the House before it can go any further. Pelosi, Reid and Obama are just crazy enough tone deaf enough to try that. They seem to have no clue as to what the American people really want they seem to be of the mindset that this is what you need were going to do it for your own good no matter what you say. Well, I say Screw You. I think an overwhelming number of people are going to say the same thing in November at the polls, at least I hope so.

Hillbuzz

I would never support a Gay site. Hillbuzz is an exception. They have come under full attack from the Libtards at Huffpo Du and Kos. What did they do wrong in the Libtards point of view? They supported Hillary in the 2008 Dem primaries and when she withdrew they threw their support behind McCain/Palin. What a horrible, sinful thing to do. How dare they express views that did not praise Candidate Zero.

Now with Zero’s approval numbers in the tank, they continue to attack and slander Hillbuzz. Making personal attacks on the owner of the site and members. It has cost them jobs and they need support. I may not like the life choices they have made, but I strongly support their right to free speech. It would be a good and honorable thing to do if you could drop them a few bucks to help them fight this battle. They are strong supporters of Sarah Palin and so am I, PROUDLY.

John McCain is a traitor to Conservatives

I voted for McCain because Sarah was on the ticket, but this disturbs me greatly. Here is an excerpt from an article by Michelle Malkin that I found at ALIPAC. I am encouraging Sarah Palin and Senator Scott Brown to shy away from John McCain like he has the plague since on so many matters he does have it. That is my rant for the day.

Savor the irony: After a career spent bashing the right flank of the party, Sen. McCain is now clinging to its coattails to save his incumbent hide.

And pay attention to the hidden, more troubling irony: While he runs to the right to protect his seat, McCain’s political machine is working across the country to install liberal and establishment Republicans to secure his legacy.

In Florida, McCain’s Country First Political Action Committee is supporting the Senate bid of fellow illegal alien amnesty supporter and global warming alarmist, GOP Gov. Charlie Crist, whose crucial 2008 primary endorsement rescued McCain from disaster. Grass-roots conservatives support former GOP statehouse leader Marco Rubio – who is hitting Crist hard for lying to voters about his embrace of President Obama’s pork-laden, fraud-ridden stimulus package.

In Colorado, McCain and his meddlers infuriated the state party by anointing former lieutenant governor Jane Norton to challenge endangered Democrat Sen. Michael Bennet. She’s a milquetoast public official who has served on a lot of task forces and GOP clubs – and who happens to be the sister-in-law of big Beltway insider Charlie Black. An estimated 40 percent of her coffers are filled with out-of-state money (and much of that is flowing from the Beltway).

The mini-McCain of Colorado claims to oppose “special interests,” but has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars from D.C. lobbyists at McCain’s behest – stifling the candidacy of strong conservative rivals led by grass-roots-supported Weld County District Attorney Ken Buck, an amnesty opponent whose aggressive illegal immigration prosecutions have earned him the rage of the far Left and big business Right. A recent Rasmussen poll showed Buck and another GOP candidate Tom Wiens beating Bennet – despite the huge cash and crony advantage of front-runner and blank-slate Jane.

In California, McCain’s PAC supports former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina – a celebrity name with deep pockets of her own, massive media exposure, and a checkered business record. Fiorina served as the economic adviser to McCain, who supported the $700 billion TARP bailout, the $25 billion auto bailout, a $300 billion mortgage bailout, and the first $85 billion AIG bailout. As GOP rival and grass-roots-supported Chuck DeVore’s camp notes, Fiorina has also vacillated publicly over the Obama stimulus. With taxpayer “friends” like this, who needs Democrats?

With all due respect to McCain’s past noble war service, it’s time to head to the pasture. As the Supreme Court ruled on Thursday, he was wrong on the constitutionality of the free-speech-stifling McCain-Feingold campaign finance regulations. He was wrong to side with the junk-science global warming activists in pushing onerous carbon caps on America. He was on the wrong side of every Chicken Little-driven bailout. He was wrong in opposing enhanced CIA interrogation methods that have saved countless American lives and averted jihadi plots. And he was spectacularly wrong in teaming with the open-borders lobby to push a dangerous illegal alien amnesty.

Tea Party activists are rightly outraged by Sarah Palin’s decision to campaign for McCain, whose entrenched incumbency and progressive views are anathema to the movement. At least she has an excuse: She’s caught between a loyalty rock and a partisan hard place. The conservative base has no such obligations – and it is imperative that they get in the game (as they did in Massachusetts) before it’s too late. The movement to restore limited government in Washington has come too far, against all odds, to succumb to McCain Regression Syndrome now.

Special election in Massachusetts

I am praying with every bone in my body for Scott Brown to win this election.

I hope he wins with a large enough margin to overcome the voter fraud from Acorn and SEIU thugs. The Democrats are desperate to win this election, they will resort to anything to win. If it turns out to be a landslide for Brown. I don't see how they can refuse to seat him immediately and that would give the GOP enough votes to filibuster and stop the Healthcare Bill and And Cap N Trade bill.
Barney Frank is already calling for the elimination of the filibuster rule. They will resort to absolutely anything to stay in power.
Michelle Malkin has a video of a woman in front of one of the polling places this morning, handing out blank absentee ballots and instructing the people how to mark the ballot for the Democrat. Why she was not arrested on the spot I do not know. Oh I know why the Democrat candidate is the Massachusetts Attorney General The deadline for absentee ballots in Massachusetts was last Friday. If someone was doing that and encouraging people to mark the ballot for the Republican. The outrage would be nationwide throughout the media.
So anyway, if you live in Massachusetts, and you are conservative or against bigger government, get your butt to the polls and vote for Scott Brown.

America Rising, time to take it back

The Democrats are trying to destroy this country each that day goes by is something worse than the day before. But as you can see from this video. Not everyone is falling under the bus. I may end up under the bus, but I will go there kicking and screaming and fighting to the last drop of blood. I found this at the American Power blog. Watch it and then get pissed off enough to do something. Visit one of the links in the sidebar in the blogs for Palin section and find out what you can do.

Second Topic:

While on vacation in Hawaii Rush Limbaugh had chest pains And went to the hospital. The left wing blog  loonies went crazy. These are some of the comments from the Daily Kos. fear are a few of the politicians that they claim are members and posters:

President Jimmy Carter, Senator Barack Obama, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi. no wonder this country is so screwed up were being led by a bunch of left wing loonies.

"It is nature’s way of telling a—holes like Limbaugh that beers are being thrown back in celebration of that heart attack."

"If he gets well, so be it. If he gets worse, be it paralyzed, comatose, or dead, he’s earned it. I hope he dies and I’m glad he’s sick. All this fat a—hole has done is encourage a whole generation of Americans to be right-wing, bigoted scumbags like him. I’ll never apologize for hating Rush. Or wishing death and illness on him."

"So if Adolf Hitler were to die today would we see a bunch of RIP diaries and ‘our heart should go out to his friends and family?”

Someone on Wikipedia, even modified Rushes' entry to claim that he had died of cardiac arrest, that was quickly deleted.

At the same time someone somewhere claimed that Glenn Beck had been killed in a plane crash. Fortunately either of those incidents happened.
The left wing loonies just go ape shit in their haste to cram their heads up their own asses and make fools of themselves.
I will absolutely lose my patience if I ever hear any left wing loony make any kind of complaint about treated badly. I don't care if it's on Fox News, this blog or any other conservative website. All you lefties out there you can kiss my White Ass.
